The Lotus Organization of the Buddha, Christ and Tao
Weekly Scripture Reading Groups
(by teleconference)

The Lotus Organization sponsors group readings of the great essentialist scriptures. Here together, we read the words of Buddha, Christ, and Tao Masters as well as from master lineage holders.  Often there will be a discusion for questions, supposed realizations, and try to ascertain the accurate meaning. The Monday group reads the teachings of the Buddha and of Buddhist Masters. The Wednesday group reads the Bible. The Saturday group reads the authentic teachings of the Tao.

These gatherings are often done by telephone, and the only cost to you would be any long distance charge you would normally incur, if any. The Lotus Organization does not receive renumeration for, these events.

The Monday group reads the teachings of the Buddha, both exoteric and esoteric. The Wednesday group studies the Bible. There is a seperate energetic awakening class at the same teleconference number shortly before this class for those who are interested. Thirdly, there is group on Saturday that meets to study the teachings of the authentic Tao.

Scheduled Reading
Some people are attending only one of the three scripture readings. Others are involved in more than one. Everyone does the same reading during the week to prepare. Please speak to Dr. Moore, (marilyn@thelotus.org) for the reading schedule for the particular class  you wanted, so that you can get the text and read in advance of the class.

A Typical Scripture Reading Class
Most of these meetings begin with a picking of a reader, followed by the reading, followed by open discussion: that's it. The order might be different, like say, the discussion might be first. Everyone is encouraged to ask honest, difficult questions, especially the ones that seem bothersome. People are also welcome to remain silent if they prefer anonymity.

Usually each telephone group meeting lasts is between 12 and 25 minutes. Sometimes I (Sol Ta Triane) will attend and give explanations or answer questions. These readings are truly amazing and mind-blowingy beneficial for those who approach it in the right way. The benefit is so great it can't be measured, even with a super-computer, but again, only if there is real understanding.

About Your Various Phone Plans
Major phone plans should function fine for these calls. If you wish to circumvent some long distance charges for the meeting, ex. if your long distance plan is exceptionally expensive, you might try Skype, but do not use Vonage or Magic Jack. These will not work with our conference call. Low cost plans from One Communications and Metro PCS and such also unlikely to work or may have problems here. When you call in, if you punch in the code too quickly, it won't take. So take your time putting in the access code! If you get a bad line, which happens once in a great while, just call back in.

If you have any background noise whatsoever, please mute your phone. If you need to ask a question you'll have to remember to unmute. Just call in and use common sense as to not hinder the group that may hear you. Thanks.

If you seriously ask, seek or knock, the door will be open!
